Arnold Haskins Campbell joined the Department of State’s Foreign Service in 1976 after obtaining his Juris Doctorate from the University of Notre Dame.
During his career Mr. Campbell has served at American Embassies or Consulates in the German Democratic Republic, the Netherlands, Hungary, Suriname, the Marshall Islands, Curacao, Iceland, Guyana, the Federated States of Micronesia, and Samoa.
Most recently, Mr. Campbell served as Chargé d’ Affaires in Luxembourg. He arrived on February 27 to assume the position as Chargé d’ Affaires at Embassy Valletta.
Mr. Campbell is married to fellow Foreign Service Officer Martha L. Campbell who is presently serving as U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of the Marshall Islands.
