Double Taxation Agreement
The ‘Convention between the Government of Malta and the Government of the United States of America for the Avoidance of Double Taxation and the Prevention of Fiscal Evasion with respect to Taxes on Income’, also known as the Double Taxation Agreement (DTA), has become effective on January 1, 2011.

The American Chamber of Commerce in Malta, in collaboration with the US Embassy in Malta organized a forum on the “US- Malta Double Taxation agreement – What it means for Maltese businesses?”.
