Ambassador's Presentation of Credentials

U.S. Ambassador Douglas W. Kmiec presented his Letters of Credence to H.E. Dr. George Abela, President of Malta, on September 17, 2009. The ceremony took place in the Ambassadors’ Room at the historic Grandmaster’s Palace in Valletta. In the afternoon, the President and Mrs Abela hosted Ambassador and Mrs. Kmiec, along with other guests, at an official luncheon at San Anton Palace, Balzan.
